Fishing in the Mediterranean Sea
Catching oysters and mussels is no easy feat. Picture going out into the pitch-black night, witnessing the sunrise, feeling the salt on your skin, and pulling up the nets—then comes the miracle.
Loads and loads of baskets, brimming with little treasures, emerge from the water. I've been on board, and in the water, with the fishermen capturing oysters and mussels in the North-East of Italy. It's a journey marked by hard work, sweat, magical sunrises, encounters with dolphins, and a sense of camaraderie that echoes like an old-time tale.
